This agreement will cover everything you need to know to create an amazing partnership with us that simplifies your business and your life.
We can’t wait to get started! Just to be sure there are no misunderstandings, please review and sign this agreement before you purchase.

Concierge Hours expire 6 months after they are purchased, and are non-refundable.

You can see your balance of available Hours on your Simplero dashboard, including a record of how they were used.

We can’t meet without a positive balance as I’m sure you understand.

Subscriptions continue to renew until your turn them off (or request in writing that we turn them off).

Calls with Concierge will use Hours.

The use of your Hours will be documented by us, usually within 24 hours of their use. We use Hours by the quarter-hour.

If you don’t show up for your scheduled Concierge call without letting us know ahead of time, we will use 0.25 Concierge Hours.

Concierge commits to responding to written communication from you within 2-3 business days.

For anything urgent, we encourage you to reach out to Support, which is always fast, free and fabulous :)

Written communication with Concierge uses Hours.
- Call Recordings
- Zoom recordings from your call with your Concierge will automatically be deleted after 7 days.
- Remember to download them if you wish to keep them!
- All calls are recorded (audio and/or video). By joining, you give Powerful Through Grace Inc (dba Simplero) and Calvin Correli permission to record your voice, image, and contributions.
- We may use parts of the recording for training, marketing, or sharing with our community. Recordings may be edited for clarity, and if you’d like to review content before it’s used, just let us know—we’re happy to share. We’ll always present you and your contributions respectfully.
