This was a great reminder of the truth of our being and the value of accessing life through feeling/body awareness. I really appreciated Calvin's raw honesty about his journey and awakenings and his surprise and being a healer. Having been on this journey for awhile I know we pass through these awakenings again on an ever deepening spiral. It was good to be reminded. Also, format was convenient... something I could fit into my schedule easily.
